Navendranauth Avi Persaud

Project Manager Avi has been at SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island since 2020. He has over four years of experience in the restoration industry and is OSHA and Mold Remediation certified by the IICRC. He is also trained as a WRT and FSRT. He boasts of seven years of construction experience, which significantly aids his work efforts. Avi enjoys playing basketball, volleyball, and cricket when he can find a game.

Ravendra Amit Persaud

Amit has been a Lead Rebuilder and Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island since 2017. He has earned the critical NY State Mold Supervisor Certification. He is also IICRC certified in water damage restoration (WRT), fire and smoke (FSRT), odor control (OCT), and ASD-applied structural drying. Amit has over 25 years of construction experience that provides exceptional insight and recommendations for our build-back services. He volunteers with the UMA--United Madrassi Association to help better the community. He also helps at homeless shelters. Amit lives in Queens, is a cricket club member, and enjoys bike riding, swimming, and his family.

Angelica DeSimone

Angelica is our Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island and has excellent organizational skills. She loves spending time with her friends and family in Brooklyn when not working.

Cesar Chai

Cesar has been at SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island since 2021. His restoration experience goes back another three years. He is WRT water damage certified by the IICRC and works hard at his craft. His attention to detail results in satisfied customers. Cesar lives in the Borough of Brooklyn, where he enjoys get-togethers with family and friends.

Katieanne Burke

Katieanne is an Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island. She joined our family in 2022, and we are pleased to have her on our staff. She helps to keep things flowing smoothly. Katieanne resides in Brooklyn and loves spending time with her family and friends.

Terri larkin

Terri is a valued member of the SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island's Team Allen office, serving as the Human Resource Administrator since March of 2023. After 30 years of working in the mortgage industry, Terri decided to pursue a career change and joined our team. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role and is passionate about creating a positive work culture. Terri's dedication to helping people is how she approaches the HR needs, and she is committed to providing a supportive environment for all employees. In her free time, Terri enjoys taking walks on the boardwalk in her neighborhood of Rockaway, NY. She is also proud of her two adult children.

Tom Blundell

Tom is an accomplished Asset Manager at SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island, with a track record of bringing valuable experience to the team since his arrival in March 2023. As an Air Force veteran, Tom is deeply committed to giving back to the community, actively volunteering with the Knights of Columbus and Veterans of Foreign War (VFW). He is a passionate and dedicated individual who has made significant contributions to the organization, and his expertise is highly valued by his colleagues. When he's not at work, Tom can be found indulging in his favorite pastime of fishing or relaxing at the beach, which speaks volumes about his ability to balance work and personal life.

Landal Whitfield

Landal is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island and a member of Team Allen since 2019. He is a Brooklyn resident. He holds OSHA and mold certifications and is highly skilled in fire, water, and mold remediation. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his daughter and going shooting with friends.

John Flanagan

John is field worker for Team Allen at SERVPRO of Northern Staten Island. He has advanced from being a Technician and is now a Crew Chief. His background in plumbing is a plus for the team. John enjoys spending his leisure time with friends and family, going to the beach, and playing video games.
